POSTION

SUMMARY:

The Account Executive connects client needs with agency talent and tools. This role manages day-to-day communication, supports campaign development, and keeps work moving across teams. The AE uses our digital platforms to organize information, manage timelines, and create visibility for everyone involved. The goal is to strengthen client relationships while helping the agency operate in a an efficient, data-driven way.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain daily contact with clients and build strong working relationships.
  • Support the development of briefs, plans, and other client communications.
  • Coordinate internal teams and make sure they have clear, documented input and context.
  • Use agency project management tools and other digital platforms to manage tasks, timelines, and project documentation.
  • Prepare AI-ready inputs by structuring client information, background, and reference materials in clear formats.
  • Help plan and conduct research to inform client and campaign needs.
  • Ensure strategies and deliverables are aligned with client objectives and approved direction.
  • Track campaign performance through available dashboards and summarize insights for internal teams and clients.
  • Keep communication flowing across departments and ensure updates are documented and accessible.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes or automate routine steps to support smoother delivery.
MINIMUM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
  • College degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Three to five (3-5) years of advertising agency experience required, multicultural experience is highly valued.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Bilingual/Bicultural a strong plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including clear digital communication
  • Robust analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High organized and detail-oriented
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in evolving digital workflows
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools.
  • Working knowledge of digital media and integrated marketing
  • Openness to using AI-assisted tools for research, content development, and documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned
LOCATION:
  • Chicago, IL/ Hybrid
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 annual base pay range
  • Employer subsidized healthcare plans
  • Unlimited PTO
