Corporate Trainee Program Internship - Chicago

Quad's Corporate Trainee Program Internship - Chicago is a twelve-week internship located in Chicago, Illinois. This is a hybrid program requiring four days per week (Monday-Thursday) in our downtown Chicago office.

The Quad Corporate Trainee program places CTP Interns in a client services role in departments within Rise, an award-winning, full-service Media Agency of Record that is backed by data and powered by people. Rise creates omnichannel experiences using our proprietary tech stack and advanced analytics capabilities to help solve the unique struggles brands face today. This approach, with transparency at its core, specializes in omnichannel media, commerce and retail media, advanced in-home media, as well as content and creator marketing.

Possible roles within Rise include Media, Media Planning, Analytics, Growth, Partnerships, Project Management, and others. In addition, interns may have the opportunity to engage in special projects, and have the ability to connect with senior leaders within Rise and Quad. Through these roles, interns not only gain hands on experience in the industry, but they also learn Rise's business model.

Corporate Trainee Interns are included in all summer Trainee events including Speaker Series, Town Halls, and other development opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Enrolled in 4-year Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related majors

* Entering junior or senior year

* If currently outside of Chicago, relocation to Chicago for duration of internship

* U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or authorization to work in the U.S. with no additional sponsorship for the maximum duration of the program

* Applicants MUST submit an unofficial transcript and a resume

* Candidates are highly ENCOURAGED to submit a cover letter with their application, but is NOT required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Work experience in marketing, business, customer service, printing/publishing, or sales

* Job or volunteer experience

* Involvement and leadership in extra-curricular campus activities or non-profit organizations

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly rate between $16/hr and $19/hr, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
