We're adding a Media Operation Coordinator to our team. This is not an entry‑level support seat, it’s a launchpad into media operations. You’ll be the connective tissue between media plans and flawless execution across channels. You’ll partner with our Media Director and channel leads to launch accurately, QA rigorously, and reconcile cleanly. This role is for someone who wants to see how media strategy becomes real in execution - across ad servers, paid social/search, and omnichannel architecture, while shipping work for ambitious brands in categories like tourism, fintech, and consumer.
Whatyou’ll own:
- Translate media plans/RFPs/vendor specs into trafficking‑ready spec sheets and clear requirements
- Manage creative intake and alignment to trafficking documentation and naming conventions
- Build campaigns, placements, creatives, and tracking in Campaign Manager 360; generate and QA ad tags
- Coordinate implementation with vendors/partners; verify flights, budgets, rotations, and schedules
- Pull spend/delivery from Strata and CM360; support weekly pacing, EOM reconciliation, and variance resolution
- 30 days:
Ramp on company process, tool access, QA checklists; independently traffic simple campaigns;
