Introduction to the teamTravel Partnerships and Advertising helps partners, including hotels, vacation rentals, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply and our leading advertising and travel media network.
In this role, you will:- Own the marketing performance of Expedia Group’s advertising products for new business segments, including marketing‑sourced pipeline and revenue contribution against annual financial targets.
- Design and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy that moves prospects from awareness and consideration through conversion, onboarding, and scalable growth.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate our advertising platform capabilities into compelling value propositions, campaigns, and sales collateral tailored to agencies and non‑endemic brands.
- Develop offer and packaging strategies that resonate with sophisticated media buyers and accelerate adoption of our programmatic and managed‑service solutions.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing team of 3–4 partner marketers, establishing the operating cadence, processes, and culture for a new center of excellence in new market development.
- Serve as the primary marketing stakeholder for Commercial Sales and cross‑functional partners, ensuring tight alignment on pipeline targets, lead management, CRM and marketing automation capabilities, and overall go‑to‑market execution.
- You have extensive experience in B2B marketing for advertising, media, or technology businesses, including proven ownership of pipeline and revenue targets for new business acquisition.
- You have led go‑to‑market strategy and execution for complex, multi‑product solutions, ideally selling into media agencies, large brands, or destination marketing organizations.
- You bring people‑leadership experience, including building and developing high‑performing marketing teams in fast‑moving environments.
- You are highly data‑driven, using KPIs such as qualified pipeline value, customer acquisition cost, and revenue attainment to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.
- You are skilled at influencing cross‑functional partners (e.g., Sales, Product Marketing, Product & Technology, Operations) and operating as a “player‑coach” who is comfortable engaging directly with senior external stakeholders.
- You have hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms and understand how to design processes and requirements that support scalable new business motions.
The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $ to $. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
