This is a part-time position with potential for full-time. Benefits to full-time employees include paid holidays, paid vacation time, Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, and 401(k).
The compensation range for this position is $30 - $45 per hour plus bonus potential. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with marketing team to develop media buying strategies and plans.
- Negotiate and purchase advertising space across various media platforms within allocated budgets.
- Monitor, audit, and analyze ad performance metrics to optimize media buying strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and media buying best practices to ensure effective campaigns.
- Communicate regularly with media representatives to secure the best advertising deals for the company.
- 3+ years of experience in media buying or the advertising industry
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data to optimize ad performance
- Strong writing, organizational, and negotiation skills with media vendors
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools
