The Norton Agency is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive with a passion for break through creative, grounded in deep strategic thinking that delights clients. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and partnering with Strategy and Creative to deliver outstanding work, on-time and on-budget. Account Service is a core-competency of the Norton Agency and we are looking for strong, independent people to join our team.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned companies and clients
• Identify and cultivate opportunities to grow agency revenue with assigned client
• Manage the daily creative, project and financial activities of designated accounts
• Demonstrate expertise in creative and project briefs, estimates, status, and client contact reports
• Understand the role of Account Service and its relationship to Strategic Planning, Creative Digital, Media, Project Management, and Finance

• Works well with a variety of creative talent, skill sets, and individual characteristics
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Bachelor’s in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a related field of study
• 3-5 years Account Service experience
• Previous experience with Healthcare, Financial Services or other regulated industries
