Sr. Marketing Manager, Branch Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Define and develop marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the BMO brand, maximize revenue, and optimize customer experience.
• Lead the development and execution of the BMO West branch growth strategy by identifying market opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans, and managing marketing campaigns that support and drive new customer acquisition.
• Work collaboratively with business/groups on the strategic development, execution and measurement of traditional and non-traditional customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns.
• Provide information and direction for media and creative development and ensure brand governance standards are always maintained.
• Oversee the development of advertising, promotional and communications material.
• Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms.
• Work with business partners in the development and management of campaign budgets.

• Typically, between 5 - 8 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
• Extensive experience in project management.
• Advertising and/or creative agency experience.
• Experience in, and advanced knowledge of, the financial services industry.
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
