Joining the talented Account Management team at #TeamIZEA
, our Account Supervisor plays a key role in delivering exceptional influencer and creator powered campaigns while building strong client relationships. Sitting at the intersection of executional excellence, strategic thinking, and relationship management, you will guide day-to-day client engagements, ensure flawless delivery, and help shape work that drives performance. You are a trusted partner to Manager/Director level clients, anticipating their needs, articulating clear strategic recommendations, and ensuring campaigns run efficiently, creatively, and on budget.

responsibilities and contributions will drive value
  • Lead full campaign execution, owning timelines, budgets, creator onboarding, and day-to-day delivery to ensure every influencer program meets IZEA’s quality and performance standards.
  • Act as a trusted client partner, anticipating needs and offering clear, strategic recommendations on creators, storytelling, and optimizations that drive measurable results.
  • Translate performance data into action, monitoring KPIs and providing insight-driven adjustments that strengthen outcomes and deepen client confidence.
  • Partner with cross functional partners to shape cohesive, platform- native creator experiences that exceed our client’s expectations.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members, elevating their skills in client leadership, influencer management, and IZEA’s best-in-class delivery approach.
Requirements

Your background and experience will lead to success

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client partnerships, or integrated marketing, with a strong foundation in influencer, digital, and/or social led programs, preferably within the CPG industry
  • Proven ability to build trusting client relationships, functioning as a reliable, proactive partner who communicates clearly and confidently
  • Strong performance orientation, with experience interpreting KPIs, identifying optimizations, and connecting insights to business impact
  • Strategic thinker with strong articulation skills, able to connect platform behaviors, creator dynamics, and client objectives into clear recommendations
  • Demonstrated people leadership, including mentoring or developing early-career team members
  • Solid marketing and business acumen, with understanding of campaign budgets, timelines, and operational workflows
  • A passion for the creator economy, digital culture, and influencer-driven storytelling.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000, based on your overall knowledge, skills and abilities aligned to the role. This range is subject to change.
