Position Overview

One North is in search of a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting to our Director of Marketing, you will lead and participate in collaborative efforts with several cross-functional teams to conceptualize, produce, and execute content, events and webinars, digital strategy, and sales enablement efforts.

The ideal candidate has a strong grounding in content and a passion for writing and producing marketing and sales materials and thought leadership. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating a monthly analysis of the effectiveness of ongoing marketing programs. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will oversee the relationship with One North's social PR agency.

This position is required to be onsite 2 days per week at our downtown Chicago office.

Responsibilities

· Create compelling and engaging content-including website copy, blog posts, case studies, sales enablement materials, articles, social media, research reports, white papers, and webinars/presentations-across multiple platforms and manage the content creation process.

· Organize and execute editorial brainstorming and planning sessions and manage our annual editorial calendar.

· Assist with the execution of successful trade shows, roadshows, sponsor ships, and other thought leadership events, including One North's annual client event, The Assembly.

· Develop materials for One North's client-facing events-invitations, presentation content, social toolkits, and post-event content.

· Collaborate with speakers on webinar or event/tradeshow presentations and panels.

· Partner with the sales and enablement teams to understand and deliver on sales enablement content needs, including playbooks, brochures, and battle cards.

· Develop strong relationships with internal subject matter experts and collaborate with them to create content on various topics.

· Work closely with designers, motion graphics artists, and other stakeholders to ensure the compelling delivery of final marketing assets.

· Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics-such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions as well as sales activity, opportunities, and won revenue-and make data-driven recommendations for future marketing and content efforts.

· Support website content and ongoing updates, working with internal technology and design partners to ensure content is current, effective, and aligned to marketing objectives.

· Assist with internal communications efforts, including crisis/emergency communications efforts in support of One North's hosting business.

· Research industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.

· Keep informed of industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving marketing formats to enhance future content marketing initiatives.

· Operate as a highly autonomous marketing generalist, capable of managing complex projects, coordinating multiple contributors, and "rolling up sleeves" in a small, fast-moving team environment.

Skills & Qualifications

· 5 or more years of professional marketing or content marketing experience

· BA/BS in Marketing or Journalism, or combination of experience and education in related area
