This role is for a strategic Marketing Lead within the Leasing Advisory division in the AM region.
Role PurposeWe are seeking a strategic Marketing Lead to drive integrated marketing initiatives across the Leasing Advisory division throughout the AM region. This senior leadership position reports to the Global Head of Marketing and is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support business growth across the Leasing Advisory service line while strengthening JLL s market positioning across the US, Canada and LATAM and markets.

The successful candidate will lead cross-divisional marketing efforts, ensuring seamless integration of Leasing Advisory services marketing. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to manage complex, multi-market campaigns while fostering collaboration between diverse business units and geographical markets.
Responsibilities- Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy that supports Leasing Advisory services across AM markets. - Cross-Border Campaign Management:
Lead development and implementation of AM-wide marketing campaigns leveraging synergies between Leasing Advisory offerings and enterprise-wide services. - Regional Market Coordination:
Collaborate with regional directors and country heads to align marketing with local market dynamics and objectives. - Budget Management:
Oversee substantial marketing budgets for integrated campaigns and ensure optimal allocation across division and markets. - Campaign Development & Execution:
Create tactical plans and execute multi-channel campaigns supporting Leasing Advisory mandates. - Project Leadership:
Lead complex marketing projects delivering integrated objectives across multiple AM markets. - Stakeholder Alignment:
Ensure marketing activities align with broader communication efforts and key messages for service lines. - Content & Digital Marketing:
Develop content strategies with AM Research and business leaders; deliver digital solutions supporting client acquisition and retention; oversee social media assets for local markets. - Event Management & Client Engagement:
Direct large-scale client and internal events; coordinate communications and CRM-driven outreach; manage brand application across client/vendor materials. - Measurement & Analytics:
Provide ROI analysis and develop tracking systems; generate monthly/quarterly performance reports; implement data-driven improvements. - Administration:
Coordinate with Creative Services to ensure brand adherence; manage external suppliers; maintain project files and reports. - Culture &
Collaboration:
Demonstrate ingenuity and collaborative problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
- Education:
Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification. - Experience:
Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing experience in fast-paced, multinational organizations, preferably in professional services. - Commercial Real Estate Expertise:
Proven experience in commercial real estate marketing with exposure to leasing advisory services. - Leadership
Experience:
Demonstrated experience managing marketing teams and substantial marketing budgets.

Brand and product marketing planning and multi-market, multi-channel execution. - Communication
Skills:
Strong English written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders. - Digital Marketing Proficiency:
Strong understanding of digital marketing across channels. - Investment Market Knowledge:
Knowledge of investment and real estate markets; financial services background is advantageous. - Senior Stakeholder Management:
Ability to work with senior leaders and manage complex projects across geographies. - Operational Excellence:
Proactive, adaptable, able to meet deadlines and travel within AM as required.
