As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Industry Marketing department supporting North America initiatives. Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois

• Partner with campaign planning and analytics teams to design demand generation programs that produce marketing qualified leads.
• Manage event strategies, campaign design, and delivery in collaboration with marketing centers of excellence.
• Serve as a key liaison between industry leadership and global marketing teams to align on business marketing needs and reporting.
• Analyze program performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring messaging and storytelling align with the company's strategic narrative.

• 7+ years of professional B2B marketing communications experience.
• Proven skills in messaging, positioning, and campaign management.
• 2-3 years of team management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
