Based in Luxembourg, you join Ferrero’s Africa & Levant Region to help shape the story and impact of the Kinder brand. In this role, you turn strategy into everyday actions, craft clear brand plans, and connect creativity with business results. Your mission is to grow Kinder with care, quality, and purpose, while discovering how your work influences families and markets across the region.

You bring solid FMCG marketing experience and enjoy turning data, insights, and ideas into concrete actions that inspire teams and customers. You communicate clearly, act with care, and take ownership of your projects from start to finish.
* You have a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in brand or category marketing.
* You can analyze P&L, market data, and consumer studies to shape strong action plans.
* You collaborate confidently across functions and grow through feedback and learning.
