Manager, Marketing and Communications

LHH is partnered with one of our well‑established professional services clients to recruit for a Manager of Marketing & Communications. This position will play a key role in developing, executing, and managing company-wide marketing and communications initiatives. This position partners closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility, support business development efforts, and ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across all channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar (Master’s degree preferred).
• 4+ years of progressive marketing experience within professional services, legal, or a related industry.
• Strong experience with data management, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Experience working with website developers and managing SEO and site analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with social media marketing, photography coordination, branding, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and design tools such as Canva.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of AP style.
• Confidence working collaboratively with senior professionals and cross‑functional teams.
