CompensationAt S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $87,758 - $. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills and experience, and relevant education or training.
This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
The Senior Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for shaping, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy across enterprise social media channels. This role spearheads the content creation and visual storytelling across social platforms and partners closely with corporate and product content teams to guide programmatic activities and ongoing improvement of our social channels. The Senior Digital Communications Specialist pushes for creative, fresh ideas while ensuring alignment with brand objectives, business priorities, and audience needs.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on—able to craft insight‑driven recommendations, lead paid and organic social initiatives, analyze performance trends, and oversee employee and influencer programs that amplify our brand presence.
- Develop and oversee multi-channel social media strategies that support corporate and product marketing priorities.
- Think strategically about long‑term channel positioning, content mix, audience targeting, and engagement approaches and identify when strategies need refining.
- Create best practices for each platform and coach internal stakeholders on thoughtful social use.
- Ensure a cohesive and differentiated brand presence across all social media touchpoints and continued maturation of social platforms.
- Ties social strategies to the overarching digital experience for customers and audience segments.
- Identity and pitch new, creative content ideas that push for fresh, platform‑appropriate activity while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Strong ability to independently write catchy, captivating content that compels audiences to engage.
- Create basic social assets using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, InDesign, or similar).
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to bring larger creative concepts to life by providing clear briefs, feedback, and direction for visual and video content.
- Proactively develop and maintain editorial calendar to plan content related to company initiatives and execute in a timely manner.
- Stay informed on platform algorithm updates, best practices, new features and industry benchmarks to keep strategies current.
- Monitor emerging trends, audience behavior, and cultural trends to identify new content opportunities.
- Share insights and apply learnings to ensure content relevance and support ongoing optimization.
