The Marketing Assistant will be a vital team member working with case managers, attorneys and retired judges from numerous jurisdictions. - Campaign Support:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, print and digital advertising. - Content Creation:
Help create engaging content such as social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and marketing materials. - Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze data from campaigns, providing reports and insights to optimize future efforts. - Project Support:
Assist the marketing team in completing projects, including assisting with website updates - Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, content creators, and case manager teams to ensure cohesive messaging. - Social Media Management:
Monitor and post on social media accounts and track engagement metrics.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Adobe, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Word Press).
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Preferred
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Understanding of SEO and digital advertising basics.
- Experience with social media management.
