Job Description
iProspect is looking for a Senior Associate, Retail Media and Paid Search, to support a large CPG client. Reporting into the Director, Retail Media and Paid Search, the Senior Associate will demonstrate the ability to report and optimize client marketing campaigns across Amazon, Criteo, Instacart, Walmart, and other retail media networks, as well as Traditional Paid Search such as Google and Bing.
You will play an essential role on client teams to build and execute large-scale campaigns and tests that deliver on our strategy for the client. You will deliver reporting, insights, and projects in a timely manner and within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution. You will report to the Director, Commerce & Retail Media, and will not have any managerial responsibilities.
Will
- Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including daily management of campaign budgets, bid management, reporting, keyword and targeting strategies, and campaign revisions based on performance history and our client's goals.
- Execute retail campaigns and traditional search campaigns, including account setup, campaign builds, daily optimization, bid strategy development and budget pacing.
- Assist with media plan creation from visual aids to detailed descriptions of partners and strategy.
- Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis.
- Ensure campaigns are run to agreed upon best practice guideline.
- Assist and attend both internal and external weekly calls and meetings with clients and vendors.
- Collaborate across our client team and channels.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, or retail media
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable working with data to draw insights
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas, vlookups)
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑starter attitude with a collaborative mindset
- Digital marketing experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
The annual salary range for this position is $62,100-$81,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
