Job Description & How to Apply Below

Savant is seeking an Integrations and Onboarding Coordinator to join our Marketing team in either Rockford, IL or Chicago, IL.

The Marketing Integrations & Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in helping newly acquired firms successfully transition into Savant—bringing our brand, marketing engine, and go-to-market strategy to life from day one. This role owns the execution of end-to-end marketing and brand integrations, ensuring new partners feel supported, confident, and positioned to grow quickly post-close. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys quarterbacking complex work streams, and brings both structure and empathy to moments of change.

You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, advisory, technology, and compliance—turning integration plans into action and helping teams adopt “the Savant way.”

What You’ll Do Own and Execute Marketing Integrations
  • Lead full brand transitions for acquired firms, including websites, positioning, signage, collateral, and digital assets
  • Ensure consistent brand adoption across all channels and touchpoints
  • Manage marketing integration workplans, timelines, and milestones for each acquisition
Drive Go-to-Market Success
  • Lead and support market‑specific go-to-market plans for priority new markets
  • Partner with advisory teams to assess readiness, adoption, and ability to close business
  • Support local marketing, advisor‑specific initiatives, and digital demand strategies
Be the Day-to-Day Quarterback
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for acquired firm leadership and internal integration teams
  • Coordinate closely with digital, compliance, and IT partners to ensure timely, compliant, and secure integrations
  • Track progress, anticipate risks, and proactively elevate issues to keep integrations moving forward
Improve the Playbook
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve onboarding and integration processes
  • Partner with leadership to refine playbooks, templates, SOPs, and client communication materials as acquisition volume scales
Lead Through Change
  • Act as a steady, trusted presence for acquired firm leaders and advisors navigating change
  • Communicate clearly and consistently what is changing, why it matters, and what to expect
  • Balance empathy with accountability to ensure standards are met and deadlines are achieved
Why This Role Matters

This role directly shapes the experience of newly acquired partners and advisors—and influences how quickly and successfully they grow with Savant. Your work will be visible, cross‐functional, and deeply connected to the firm’s growth strategy.

If you love turning complexity into clarity, enjoy building trust during moments of change, and want a front‑row seat to strategic growth, this role was built for you.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing, marketing operations, brand, growth, or a related role—ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional projects, balancing multiple stakeholders, moving parts, and deadlines.
  • Hands‑on experience with major marketing initiatives such as brand transitions, website migrations, or other large‑scale change efforts.
  • Solid working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including websites/CMS, SEO, paid media, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • The ability to turn strategy into action—building clear execution plans and driving work through to completion.
  • Experience partnering closely with senior leaders, advisors, or client‑facing teams, especially in environments undergoing change.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence facilitating onboarding sessions, integrations, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, evolving environments where priorities may shift and ambiguity is part of the job.
  • Sound business judgment and problem‑solving skills, with a practical, scalable approach to getting things done.
  • Experience in wealth management or a RIA is a plus.
  • Exposure to M&A initiatives, from pre‑integration…
