Job Description Summary

The Associate Shopper Commerce Manager supports the development and execution of best-inclass omnichannel shopper marketing and commerce strategies that drive brand equity, household penetration and loyalty for Bel Brands, including fruit, vegetables, cheese and yogurts products. Reporting to the Senior Manager of US Shopper Commerce, this role partners closely with Brand Marketing, Sales and agency teams to help deliver innovative, data-driven programming that wins at the point of purchase – both in-store and online.

This role will leverage insights, analytics and emerging tools (including AI) to support optimization of shopper engagement and help drive conversion, visibility, and category growth across priority retail partners. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a proactive, solutions-oriented contributor who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and is motivated to build and scale impactful programs.

    Sales,Brand,Digital Commerce,andagencypartnerstobringprogramstomarketwithspeedandexcellence.
  • Operatewithastrongsenseofownership—proactivelyidentifyingopportunities,solving problems,andhelpingdriveinitiativesforwardwithmomentum.
  • Supportdevelopmentofstrategicrelationshipswithkeyretailpartners(e.g.,Walmart,Target,grocery,club) tosecurebest-in-classplacement,programming,andconversion.
  • Activelyengageingo-to-marketplanningandexecutionforproductlaunches,seasonalevents,andkeyinitiativesacrossthebrick&mortar,e-commerceandout-of-homechannels(e.g.,convenience,food service).
  • Partnercloselywith Salesteamstoalignonretailerpriorities,unlockjointbusinessopportunities,andsupportdeliveryofmeasurablegrowth.
Budget&Resource Management:
  • Supportshoppercommercebudgetplanning,allocation,andROImeasurementforassignedaccounts.
  • Trackandhelpensuredisciplinedmanagementofspendingacrossmedia,in-store,digital,andpromotionalinitiatives.
  • Advancetestingandadoptionofnewcapabilitiesandtools(including

    AI),forpersonalizedshopperengagement,measurement,andcontentcreation.
  • Drivepost-campaignanalyticsandreportingtoinformfuturestrategiesandmaximizeeffectiveness.
  • Continuouslytest,learn,andscaleprograms—bringingagrowthmindsetandfocusondeliveringmeasurableimpact.
Skillsand Qualifications
  • Bachelor’sdegreein

    Marketing,Business,orrelatedfield
  • Minimum3+yearsofprogressive

    CPGshoppermarketing,brandoromnichannelcommerceexperience
  • Demonstratedabilitytoleadandsupportandexecutionofomnichannelprogramsacrossretailers.
  • Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail,withabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesanddeliverhigh-qualitywork.
  • Exceptionalprojectmanagement,cross-functional collaboration,andanalyticalskills.
  • Passionforpurpose-drivenbrandsandaninnovativemindset.
  • Experienceworkingwithretailermediaplatforms,external agencies,anddigitalcommercefundamentalsisaplus.
Working Conditions

Workisperformedlargelyinahybridofficeenvironment.

Hoursofworkwillgenerallybeduringregularbusinesshourswithatleast
40hoursaweek.

Attimestherewillbesomevariationinworkhoursduetospecialprojects,deadlines,andotherconcerns.
