Job Overview

Social Media Specialist, Insights & Analytics – Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly‑Clark Professional®. In this role you will help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world by leveraging data to inform social media strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Track, analyze, and interpret social media KPIs across all platforms, providing regular performance reporting to social media team members and brand team stakeholders.
  • Conduct in‑depth analysis of social media campaigns by producing detailed performance reports that surface ROI, audience behavior patterns, and content effectiveness with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Use advanced analytics tools and statistical methods to identify trends, define consumer cohorts, and deliver data‑driven guidance for program optimization.
  • Perform competitive analyses and benchmark reporting to track brand performance against industry standards and competitors’ social media presence, identifying opportunities and gaps.
  • Generate regular sentiment analysis reports, tracking brand health, share of voice, and consumer perception across social platforms to support brand team decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with social media team members, brand teams, and the broader Insights & Analytics team to establish meaningful performance metrics and goals, ensuring measurement frameworks are consistently applied across campaigns.
  • Partner with agency teams to support content performance tracking and ensure measurement is integrated into holistic reporting deliverables.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform innovations, emerging formats, and new channels (including Generative AI and AI‑assisted content production), translating observations into timely, strategic recommendations for the social team.
  • Monitor social listening signals across platforms by mining comments, identifying category‑relevant opportunities and cultural moments that could inform agile content responses.
  • Leverage platform partnerships to access audience insights and optimize channel approach.
  • Identify novel opportunities for consumer engagement and brand relevance through ongoing listening, trend analysis, and platform research.
  • Support the agile and reactive content production framework by providing data‑backed cultural context and platform insights that help internal creators and agency counterparts move quickly and confidently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, data analytics, communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant social media role.
  • Experience with Sprinklr required.
  • Background in social media measurement and reporting across organic, paid, and earned/influencer marketing, with a track record of turning data into actionable recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape, platform algorithms, and how content performance signals translate into strategic optimizations.
  • Proficiency with native social platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives for non‑technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to inform and influence stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority, including storytelling via data reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor trends and translate cultural and platform signals into timely, strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience providing insights for large brands and/or national campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience with in an agency environment is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Position is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only; relocation support is not provided.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Salary Range: $87,760 – $103,680 USD (US locations only).
  • Eligibility for a target bonus.
