The RoleThe Marketing Manager will play an important role on the World of Hyatt Global Marketing team, helping bring our brand and loyalty program to life for members and travelers around the world. In this role, you will help shape and execute integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, preference, membership growth, stay activity, and ongoing engagement.
You will lead cross‑channel campaigns from brief to launch, partnering closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver compelling marketing strategies across owned and paid media. This is a highly collaborative role for a marketer who is both strategic and hands‑on, energized by connecting ideas, people, and channels to create impactful work.
We are looking for someone who is consumer‑minded, curious, and motivated to grow within a fast‑paced global brand. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, an organized project manager, and a thoughtful marketer who can move seamlessly from strategy to execution. A passion for travel and hospitality is a plus.
This position reports to the Director, Global Marketing.
Responsibilities- Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including brand initiatives, program communications, and global or regional campaigns
- Support strategic partnerships to deliver on business priorities and stakeholder objectives through activation planning, storytelling, and frequent collaboration.
- Contribute to development of overall long‑term marketing strategy across brands, functions, and regions
- Establish clear, compelling marketing briefs and partner with agencies and cross‑functional teams to bring campaigns to life
- Manage campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and with attention to detail
- Cultivate relationships with internal teams including social, communications, CRM, digital, brands, legal, etc. to drive successful execution.
- Use data and performance insights to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions
- Consistently build knowledge of the hospitality industry, travel consumer, World of Hyatt brand and loyalty program, and competitive landscape
- 5+ years of brand/marketing experience with demonstrated success supporting campaigns from strategy through execution. Hospitality, travel and/or loyalty experience a plus.
- Detailed understanding and experience with all marketing channels/tactics and ability to connect the dots strategically, creatively and operationally
- Ability to leverage big picture thinking to link strategy to implementation for multiple audiences internally and externally
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization
