Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager

Radisson Blu Aqua Chicago is looking for a Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, development, generation and execution of marketing materials for Radisson Blu Aqua Chicago.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $80,000 (annual)

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain hotel graphics, photos, logos and other intellectual property.
  • Provide direction to managers on how to find and use these resources, and handle client requests.
  • Execute Radisson Blu’s graphic and advertising standards and brand positioning across all graphics and communications at the hotel.
  • Work with the Corporate Director of eCommerce to ensure brand standards and KPI targets for channel strategies and tactics.
  • Plan campaign strategies and tactics closely with Sales Leaders; monitor and manage daily media optimization and recommendations.
  • Leverage data‑driven insights to inform planning and optimization for future media and content strategies.
  • Partner with social media and other digital marketing vendors to test and analyze advertising and awareness campaigns and performance metrics, using internal analytics and measurement tools to optimize performance and meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Central Director of eCommerce to assess priority projects that impact digital booking performance.
  • Update and maintain inventory of sales kits, brochures, facility guides, color level maps, pick‑up maps and other printed materials, ensuring edits or updates are made prior to reorder.
  • Act as gatekeeper to marketing material; update the Director of Sales and Marketing on usage and ensure appropriate use.
  • Create and maintain a project schedule for hotel marketing initiatives that aligns with annual budget and quarterly performance goals.
  • Coordinate the design and production of graphics and collateral from beginning to end—provide direction, edits, concepts, review proofs, and coordinate printing and installation.
  • Generate all “one‑off” marketing pieces and customized PDFs/flyers.
  • Manage and maintain the promo channel; consistently update in‑house hotel channel.
  • Assist with the budgeting for marketing and aid the entire business team and hotel outlets with creative projects, ideas, presentations and other marketing‑related needs.
  • Review incoming advertising, promotional and sponsorship opportunities; discuss with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Proactively search and coordinate promotional opportunities with local attractions and industry partners to maximize hotel awareness and reach.
  • Manage custom keycards—handle inquiries, negotiations, quotes, ordering, artwork proofing, payment processing and front‑desk distribution.
  • Review client‑proposed promotional opportunities outside of what the hotel offers, determine feasibility and pricing.
  • Assist in development of all print and digital advertising/artwork production.
  • Coordinate and execute hotel photo shoots and filming—select photographers, pre‑plan, set rooms, execute, proof and follow up.
  • Evaluate and approve or deny outside filming or photography in the hotel, secure agreements, communicate approvals to relevant individuals, prepare for and monitor filming when necessary; address any unauthorized filming immediately.
  • Create and maintain a calendar of events outlining future social‑media opportunities on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Manage all Radisson Blu accounts on Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms; seek and implement ideas and opportunities.
  • Create and implement QR codes throughout the hotel for guest information.
  • Maintain and update standard signature lines to include social‑media icons and links.
  • Post and send the hotel’s events to local blogs and WAG staff.
  • Research social‑media opportunities within the hotel, utilizing HR, catering, F&B, sales and other departments.
  • Improve visibility and content on Facebook, Instagram and Linked In; explore new social networks and best practices.
  • Develop a distinct personality for the hotel’s Facebook page to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Work with groups to help promote their events when appropriate.
