Are you a strategic, data-driven marketer passionate about reaching underserved and emerging customer segments? Do you thrive in cross-functional environments where business impact and thoughtful representation go hand-in-hand? If you’re bilingual in English and Spanish and bring strong B2C marketing experience, this role might be your next move.
About the Role
We're looking for a Segments Marketing Manager who blends product marketing know-how with internal consulting skills. You’ll help drive growth by building and optimizing marketing strategies for key U.S. customer segments—including Latino, student, and underserved communities. This role sits at the intersection of insights, business strategy, and execution, and requires comfort navigating a matrixed organization.
This is not a multicultural or digital-only marketing role. You’ll be responsible for building business cases, reporting on marketing performance, tracking against KPIs, and aligning with enterprise initiatives—all while keeping customer needs front and center.
- Serve as a strategic partner and internal advocate for assigned customer segments.
- Develop and support performance-based marketing strategies, focused on growth and retention.
- Forecast marketing KPIs (units, balances, revenue) and help define success metrics.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Work closely with product, brand, compliance, legal, and analytics teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Influence creative development and ensure language accuracy across English and Spanish executions.
- Lead campaign intake, planning, and executional oversight.
- 3–5 years of in-house B2C marketing experience (not agency or B2B-focused).
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven experience using data to build and optimize business-driving marketing plans.
- Track record of measurable impact on KPIs—be ready to speak to metrics.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed, or regulated environments.
- Experience with both consultative strategy and tactical marketing execution.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
