Position: Director, Retail Media & Programmatic (Sales & Growth Lead)

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Director, Retail Media & Programmatic (Sales & Growth Lead) will build strong client partnerships, accelerate revenue expansion, and deliver outstanding client experiences across Epsilon's media and retail media practices. The role supports data and technology initiatives and requires strategic problem solving, business insight, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Forge strategic partnerships that result in significant revenue growth across Epsilon data, tech and media.
  • Develop tailored approaches that address client challenges and produce quantifiable outcomes.
  • Build long‑term partnerships with key decision‑makers across client organizations.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and focused team that consistently delivers outstanding client service.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver solutions that leverage data, technology, and media to achieve company goals.
  • Champion and embody the company's vision and values in all interactions and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • What you’ll bring
    • 7+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing with demonstrated success in client management.
    • Deep programmatic media expertise; retail media experience a plus.
    • Strategic problem solver who can translate client objectives into actionable plans, harnessing Epsilon’s data and tech initiatives.
    • Consultative seller with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Data‑driven marketer with deep understanding of program building, execution and measurement.
    • Skillful negotiator securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Self‑motivated and proactive, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Stand out qualities
    • Deep experience in the retail media space.
    • Ability to achieve outcomes benefiting all parties in complex contract and partnership discussions.
    • Driven individual who actively identifies new paths for development and progress.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $ – $ per year. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable laws. Compensation may be modified at any time.
