Overview

The Supervisor, Content drives strategy, content, and investment to create and execute campaigns across all channels. Working directly with media owners and internal partners, this role combines strategic thinking, creative insight, and meticulous execution. A natural curiosity about the evolving media landscape and a passion for innovation are essential, as is the ability to balance strategic objectives with creative delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in executing branded content programs from brief to execution.
  • Participate in development, execution, stewardship, project management, and reporting of campaign plans across social, digital, and content channels.
  • Understand all phases of the client’s marketing objectives and recommend strategic partnerships to meet those objectives.
  • Engage in ideation sessions and brief partners on content requirements to fulfill brand objectives.
  • Research and identify valuable insights to enhance media products.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and brand teams to align content programs with overarching strategies.
  • Project‑manage programs from proposal through completion, covering concept development, asset negotiation, production, brand approval, reporting, and optimization.
  • Participate in negotiations, evaluating RFPs, spending trends, rate contracts, and program details across social, digital, mobile, and integrated programs.
  • Attend vendor meetings to stay current on marketplace developments and cultivate vendor relationships.
  • Apply proprietary research tools and processes during the planning phase.
  • Build collaborative relationships with strategy and investment teams.
  • Compile and analyze reporting to derive performance insights and inform future campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience, ideally in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of related experience, preferably in prescription pharmaceuticals or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Practical knowledge of digital, content strategy, brand marketing, production, and programming across all platforms.
  • Creative thinker with strengths in digital and social marketing.
  • Strong project‑management skills, including organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to pivot, self‑direct, and advance projects independently.
  • Strong client‑service skills, flexibility, and a client‑focused team posture.
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of partners.
  • Solid internal and external communication and presentation skills; storytelling is key.
  • Demonstrated interest in innovation, consumer engagement, and ROI outcomes.
  • Understanding of available content‑marketing metrics and marketplace trends in investment.
  • Hands‑on experience planning and executing end‑to‑end digital campaigns.
  • Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation for this position ranges from USD $66,120.00 to USD $91,350.00 annually, subject to applicable law and the company’s discretion.
