Job Title: Marketing/Communications Specialist

Duration: 12 Months

Location: 100% remote

Shift: 8am-5pm

• Website Content Management: regularly update and maintain website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Content Creation & Updates: edit and update marketing materials such as PDFs using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Creator.
• Image Editing: enhance and optimize images for digital use using Adobe Photoshop; collaborate with regional teams to review and maintain translated content, ensuring timely updates and accurate localization across all digital platforms.
• Event Support: assist regional commercial teams with the planning and execution of industry events, including registration, logistics, and promotional materials.
• Video Editing: edit and produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

• 2-5 years’ experience.
• Attention to detail, collaboration and teamwork, communication skills, time management and prioritization, adaptability, problem solving, and creativity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
