Job Title:
Sr Consultant, Business Processes
- Lead optimization of digital experiences with a strong focus on B2B marketing initiatives (approx. 90% B2B, 10% consumer).
- Analyze digital performance data and identify opportunities for improvement across web experiences.
- Design, execute, and manage A/B tests and optimization initiatives to enhance user engagement and conversion.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and implement improvements across digital platforms.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and refine strategies based on results.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams including marketing, content, and analytics to align on optimization strategies.
- Support ongoing testing cycles (analyze → propose → activate → measure → iterate).
- Contribute to improving overall digital experience across U.S. websites and marketing channels.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of responsibilities virtually as well as in‑person at an assigned TU office location two days a week. The role reports to the Manager of Consumer Insights and Experience.
Required Knowledge and Experiences- Google Analytics (web analytics and performance tracking).
- Path Factory (content engagement and experience platform).
- Demandbase (B2B marketing and account‑based marketing platform).
- Salesforce (CRM – Customer Relationship Management).
- Experience in B2B digital marketing and experience optimization.
- Strong understanding of website performance metrics and optimization strategies.
- Hands‑on experience using marketing technology platforms for performance analysis and testing.
- Proven ability to execute and manage optimization cycles from analysis through implementation.
- Experience working with cross‑functional marketing and digital teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with additional testing or analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar or similar platforms).
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $ annually. The salary range reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. Actual compensation is based on education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and market considerations. Eligible positions may participate in Trans Union annual bonus plans or other long‑term incentives.
