AboutThe Role
We are looking for a performance‑driven marketer to act as a true partner to our Head of Marketing. This person will help co‑own and co‑run all paid advertising efforts. You will build campaigns, ad sets, and ads, manage creative testing, track performance, and help push volume while maintaining profitability. You must collaborate well, communicate clearly, and be comfortable working closely as a team.
This is a high‑responsibility role that requires confidence with data, strong technical skills, and experience managing large budgets.
- Co‑run all paid advertising with the Head of Marketing, acting as a true right hand.
- Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creative variations across Meta, Linked In, and Google.
- Collaborate closely and communicate updates, insights, and needs in real time.
- Manage high volumes of assets and maintain an organized structure across platforms.
- Monitor and interpret data daily to make recommendations on spend, creative rotation, and targeting.
- Optimize toward key metrics including CPL, CTR, CAC, EPC, and lead quality.
- Help implement tracking, naming conventions, and attribution systems across platforms and tools.
- Pull performance reports and provide insights to marketing leadership.
- Work closely with creative and copy teams to brief needed assets.
- Assist in scaling spend while protecting lead quality and performance.
- Partner with agencies and affiliate teams as needed for alignment on strategy and execution.
- Support the Head of Marketing with ongoing projects, workflows, and strategic initiatives.
- 2 to 5+ years managing paid media campaigns at scale.
- Strong experience inside Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
- Proven track record managing large budgets and high daily spend.
- Ability to read data, identify trends, and make confident optimization calls.
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and event‑based optimization.
- Comfortable working inside high‑volume, fast‑moving environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Experience using tools like Go High Level , Hyros, Google Tag Manager, and Meta's tracking suite is a plus.
- Must be local to Utah County or surrounding areas (role is remote).
