As our Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator, you won’t just be "posting to the grid"—you’ll be building a community. You will own our social presence, turning brand goals into thumb‑stopping content that resonates with our audience and keeps us ahead of the trends.

• Strategy & Planning
  • Own and maintain a multi‑platform content calendar to ensure a consistent, high‑impact brand presence.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching viral trends, platform updates, and audience insights to keep our content fresh.
• Content Creation (The Fun Part)
  • Produce high‑quality Reels, Tik Toks, and Stories using tools like Canva or Cap Cut.
  • Craft witty, engaging, and brand‑aligned captions that drive clicks and conversations.
  • Transform long‑form blogs or videos into snackable social assets.
• Community & Growth
  • Manage daily interactions—responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster a loyal community.
  • Handle the technical side of scheduling and posting via Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer.

• The Eye
  : A strong sense of aesthetics and an understanding of what makes a visual pop in a crowded feed.
• The Voice
  :
  Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to pivot from professional Linked In insights to punchy Tik Tok hooks.
• The Engine

  High organizational skills; you meet deadlines and manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

  Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with social scheduling platforms.
