This is a highly cross-functional role that blends strategy, execution, and on-the-ground event leadership. You will own end-to-end event planning and ensure every activation reflects strong messaging, brand consistency, and customer focus. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven, with a strong emphasis on creativity and measurable impact.

Accountabilities

You will own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing programs, with a focus on external conferences, trade shows, and industry events that drive awareness and pipeline growth. Responsibilities include developing event strategies, budgets, timelines, and success metrics, as well as creating engaging on-site experiences that stand out in competitive event environments.

You will oversee all logistics such as booth management, collateral, lead capture, and sponsorship execution, while ensuring consistent brand representation. You will also design and execute pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion. In addition, you will partner with sales enablement and marketing teams to support follow-up strategies and ensure strong pipeline acceleration from each event.
