Thryve Chicago is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our Chicago team, delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate vital fundraising support for charity partners. No previous marketing experience is required;

You'll work directly within local communities, representing charity missions with honesty and enthusiasm, turning everyday conversations into long-term brand advocates and donors. • Deliver face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns on behalf of charity partners at local events, shopping malls, plaza's, retail stores
• Build brand awareness and public trust through authentic, personal conversations
• Support fundraising initiatives by generating new donor and supporter sign-ups
• Learn and apply core marketing and sales strategies across live campaigns
• Collaborate with the wider Thryve Chicago team to hit campaign targets
• Represent campaign missions and values accurately and with integrity
