As our Digital Marketing Strategist, you will lead the direction and execution of SABRE’s digital growth strategy across ecommerce and marketing channels. This role sits at the center of performance marketing, analytics, and customer experience, driving initiatives that increase traffic, engagement, and conversion.

Work Hours:
40 hours per week. Hybrid schedule: 4 days on‑site, 1 day remote.
Salary: $80,000 per year.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities across channels including paid media, email, SEO, and ecommerce.
- Align digital initiatives with overall brand and business goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across paid channels (search, social, display).
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine strategies based on data insights.
- Partner with internal teams or agencies to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Collaborate with ecommerce and UX teams to improve site performance and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the online customer journey.
- Support product launches and promotional strategies with data‑driven insights.
- Track, measure, and report on key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on performance and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, ecommerce, and sales teams.
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Help drive alignment between strategy and execution across channels.
- 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or ecommerce strategy.
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Experience using data to drive decisions and improve results.
- Ability to manage multiple channels and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in ecommerce or DTC brands.
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, or similar tools.
- Experience working with agencies or external partners.
