Content Creator, Social - Temporary Worker

Job Description

Temporary role (W2); start mid‑April through June.

Location:

New York preferred.

Hours:

Full‑time (40 hours/week).
Focus:
Higher‑lift content creation.

Strong editing skills;
After Effects experience highly preferred;
Motion graphics + content creation background;
High‑volume ideation and social‑first thinking.

• Report to the Associate Content Director, Social; ensure creative excellence when delivering work for clients.
• Act as an individual contributor and create visual social media assets (Instagram Story wallpaper, layouts, frames) for Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, You Tube and other channels.
• Manage social content photo and video shoots.
• Brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats that promote engagement.
• Pursue a passion and interest for capturing and communicating brand stories through social media.

• Minimum 1‑year experience; bachelor’s in advertising, marketing or related field required (or equivalent experience).
• Understand how to capture content within social platforms (Instagram Creator Tools, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Tik Tok) and can provide visual guidance on social assets.
• Comfortable shooting with both an iPhone and a DSLR camera; possess video editing skills.
• Experience shooting in a lit studio environment and confidence to do your own styling.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Hourly pay range: $33.10 - $54.11. Pay based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.

Employees who are within commutable distance of a hub office may be expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for Los Angeles). Remote is approved for those outside commutable range.

Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays per dentsu policy, safe and sick time. No additional benefits or compensation.
