Job Description

We are looking to hire a Marketing Associate to join our team. The marketing team is responsible for how the consumer engages with the brand, heroing our product, and enacting our mission alongside our community. Through this, we stay focused on ensuring that we launch each product with a clear story and value proposition to the customer. Specifically, you will be responsible for supporting long term product strategies and developing tactics to create compelling stories that bring our product to life.

Through a clear understanding of trends, market dynamics, and consumer insights, you will contribute to developing and building clear value propositions across key categories and products.

Salary range: $43000 - $50000 per year.

Responsibilities

Execute and implement local marketing strategy across key marketing and communication channels, including through PR, Pop-Ups, Events, and partnership promo activities.

Assist in managing the budget process for all items planned and produced.

Work with the Business Managers to provide marketing support for account sales plans.

Assist the account’s marketing team with design and implementation details to ensure effective delivery of marketing collateral.

Identify potential new channels and develop and implement activities to create awareness and leads within these areas – Channel relevant trade advertising, trade show, channel events.

Qualifications

Previous experience managing marketing is an asset.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience.

Ability to thrive in a high-growth, business, and ambiguous environment.

Deep understanding of Bid / Budget management.

Able to work well under pressure.

An outgoing and sales-driven personality.

Team player.

Have the ability to use your initiative.

Strong interpersonal skills.
