About the roleWe are looking for a talented Head of Growth Marketing to join Sievo’s global Marketing team. With the ultimate goal of driving a qualified sales pipeline and top-line revenue growth, you’ll be leading our global Growth Marketing strategy, growth marketing team members and efforts. While you manage a global growth marketing strategy, there is a heavy emphasis to further boost our US market expansion.
We are seeking a strategic thinker and a doer with a proven track record of implementing successful, data-driven growth marketing strategies in the B2B SaaS space. You’re a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution and ensure alignment of marketing activities with company goals and objectives and translate those into tangible growth marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for all Growth Marketing initiatives, including planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels in paid, owned and earned media, and reporting on their success. This is a full-time and global role, in which you’ll be reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, member of Sievo’s management team, currently based out of Chicago.
What you’ll get to do as our Head of Growth Marketing- Growth Marketing strategy and execution

Develop and carry out a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives pipeline and revenue impact amongst our ICP of enterprise accounts. You will manage both new client acquisition as well as cross and upsell revenue growth strategies and execution across paid, owned, and earned media. While you can derive best practices from your past experiences, you can adapt learnings to Sievo’s specific context. - Be a player-coach in a talented team

Hire, coach and directly manage a high-performing growth marketing team, as well as manage our 3rd party agency and freelancer relationships. You will directly oversee existing domains of Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Marketing Operations, and Event Marketing, whilst continue to build the team as we grow. - Marketing ROI, reporting and data driven strategies

Regularly analyze and report on the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives, their connection to the revenue funnel and determine areas of investment in the growth marketing domain. You will provide regular reports and insights to leadership and GTM teams on marketing ROI. - Foster culture and practices of innovation and lead with insight

Design and execute data-driven experiments to test and optimize various marketing channels and tactics. You’ll recommend and discover untapped areas of growth, double down on the most important growth drivers, and identify initiatives to start, continue and stop doing. - Work and win together as a team
