Head of Marketing – Asset Management Group

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategy and team that executes and implements integrated, multi-channel, strategic marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives/channels
• Develop value proposition for key segments and sub-segments
• Work with market research to identify audience insights and mindset
• Understand personas and decision makers and develop journey maps
• Work with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel
• Develop data-driven acquisition and retention campaigns, ensuring focus on measurement/ROI
• Develop content strategy and produce thought leadership for target segments and sub-segments
• Produce quarterly newsletters targeting strategic audiences
• Develop prospect experience on  and maintain content updates for LOB
• Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media
• Lead agency management and coordination
• Establish the budget and has the capability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget

• University/college degree preferred
• 8+ years industry-relevant experience
• 5 years management experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
