Brand Strategy Director - Global & Insights

• Define, protect, and evolve the core Salesforce brand strategy and identity

• Develop, scale, and maintain structural frameworks for the brand

• Partner with stakeholders to integrate foundational brand strategy into the business

• Own brand research initiatives like the Global Brand Health Study

• Monitor competitive positioning and cultural trends to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand insights, or brand management
• Deep expertise in brand positioning and foundational brand strategy
• Extensive experience managing complex brand architecture
• Executive presence and the ability to present complex data to C-suite stakeholders
• Exceptional systems-thinking skills
• Proven track record of managing large-scale global insights projects
• BA/BS required;
  Master's degree or MBA preferred
