Swanson Health Products is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to own the customer lifecycle strategy and drive repeat purchases. This hybrid role is based out of/near Fargo, ND or Chicago IL, collaborating with Brand, Analytics, Ecommerce, and Product teams to optimize retention programs and customer engagement.
You will lead lifecycle messaging, replenishment initiatives, and win-back campaigns, translating customer data into actionable programs while measuring impact on CLV and churn.
