Job Description

As the Senior Product and Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for Replicant’s AI platform. This dual-impact role combines strategic solution positioning and product launches with high-touch customer advocacy programs. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will translate complex technology into compelling narratives that drive pipeline, customer retention, and expansion.

What You Will Do
  • Lead industry-specific messaging and solution positioning to create vertical-focused content and sales materials that support pipeline generation and customer expansion.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional product launches, ensuring seamless GTM execution, sales enablement, and post-launch adoption across the existing customer base.
  • Build and scale a robust customer advocacy program, managing everything from reference cohorts and case studies to customer advisory boards and speaking opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of experience in Product or Customer Marketing within the B2B SaaS, AI, or Contact Center technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technically complex product capabilities into clear, business-value narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Versatile marketing generalist capable of shifting from high-level strategic planning to hands-on creation of customer success stories and sales collateral.
