Position: Growth Hacker with Landing Page and Email Marketing Experience

Scalable Path is looking for a Growth Hacker with Landing Page and Email Marketing Experience to join the team and work on a client project. This is a remote, full‑time (40 hours/week) position.

The client operates in the travel and hospitality sector, focusing on resort timeshare and group rental bookings through innovative lead generation and paid media strategies.

Overview

A client of Scalable Path seeks a Growth Hacker to drive lead generation for their sales team by building conversion‑focused landing pages, directing AI‑assisted content production, and optimizing email nurture sequences. The role requires fast execution, experimentation, and AI tool implementation to accelerate growth in high‑value verticals.

Responsibilities
  • Build and iterate on conversion‑focused landing pages for prospective buyers and groups/meetings planners
  • Own the full cycle of landing page development including concept, copy direction, structure, and testing
  • Direct and edit content across formats using AI tools for production
  • Evaluate and implement lead nurture platforms and build engagement sequences
  • Identify, recommend, and implement AI tools to accelerate content production, landing page optimization, and nurture automation
  • Propose hypotheses, define metrics, run experiments, analyze data, and make decisions to optimize lead generation
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to ensure traffic converts and align paid spend with effective experiments and channels
Qualifications Required Experience
  • 3–7 years in growth, content marketing, demand generation, or a similar role where experimentation was the operating mode
  • B2C, marketplace, or travel/hospitality experience is a plus
  • Contract and project‑based work history is entirely welcome
Genuine AI Fluency
  • AI tools are a core part of how you work — not a talking point, not a side experiment.
  • You know how to brief, direct, and quality‑control AI‑generated content across copy and creative formats.
  • You have evaluated AI‑native marketing tools and made real implementation decisions — not just recommendations.
  • You have a clear point of view on where AI accelerates and where human judgment is
Strong Editorial Judgment
  • You know what good conversion content looks like and can get it there — whether you wrote it, an AI drafted it, or a contractor produced it.
  • You understand SEO fundamentals, conversion copy structure, and audience‑specific messaging well enough to brief and edit effectively.
  • You have directed or edited content that moved prospects through a funnel — lead magnets, nurture sequences, landing page copy.
Landing Page and Conversion Instinct
  • You have built landing pages that converted and you know why they worked.
  • You understand page hierarchy, proof point sequencing, friction elimination, and call to action structure.
  • You have run A/B or multivariate tests and can explain how you designed and interpreted them.
  • Comfortable with no‑code or low‑code tools; knows when to bring in a developer versus handle it independently.
Email and Nurture Platform Agnostic
  • You have built email sequences — welcome flows, nurture tracks, re‑engagement — and understand what drives open rates, click‑through, and downstream conversion.
  • You evaluate and recommend platforms based on fit, not familiarity. The right tool matters more than the familiar one.
Speed and Autonomy
  • You take a strategic objective, define the experiment, and execute without needing a detailed brief.
  • You ship imperfect things in service of learning and know when done‑and‑tested beats perfect‑and‑delayed.
  • You build lightweight process behind you as you go — not as a precondition to starting.
Relationships - who you'll be working with

The role involves working closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and the Groups team, with no complex approval chain between the operator and execution.

Preferred regions

The client's preference is for candidates to be located in Latin America, Canada or United States.

Notes

This is a contract engagement with high autonomy and direct collaboration with multiple teams. You will be expected to evaluate, recommend, and implement AI‑native marketing tools without waiting for detailed briefs or approvals.
