Summary/Objective

The Marketing Intern will support day‑to‑day marketing operations, assist with digital campaigns, and help execute initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. This internship offers hands‑on experience across social media, content, email marketing, events, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Position Requirements Essential Functions
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including campaign set‑up, QA, and basic optimization under supervision.
  • Support social media planning, content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking across designated platforms.
  • Contribute to content creation, including drafting posts, basic copywriting, light editing, and coordinating assets with internal stakeholders.
  • Help build and deploy email marketing campaigns, including list preparation, template updates, A/B tests, and performance reporting.
  • Provide basic design support using established brand guidelines for simple graphics, presentations, and social assets.
  • Assist with event support, including logistics coordination, attendee communications, materials preparation, and follow‑up activities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, summarize insights, and maintain benchmarking trackers.
  • Compile analytics and reporting, including weekly and monthly dashboards with key metrics and observations.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support, including meeting notes, timelines, task tracking, and file management.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, Social media, scheduling tools, web and campaign analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Preferred

Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior internship or campus experience in marketing or communications.
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools and workflows and basic exposure to SEO/SEM concepts are beneficial.
