We're looking for an Account Director to lead two of the world's most iconic CPG brands as they navigate a pivotal moment of reinvention. This is more than account management—it's an opportunity to be a true brand steward, creative catalyst, and trusted client partner. You'll inspire breakthrough thinking, champion work that moves culture, and bring together the power of strategy, creativity, production, and integrated agency partners to deliver ideas that drive meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day business across two category-leading brands, building trusted relationships with senior clients and cross-functional teams.
- Shape inspiring briefs, elevate creative ambition, and champion ideas that challenge convention and exceed expectations.
- Drive integrated agency collaboration, ensuring seamless execution from strategy through production.
- Create an environment where creativity thrives, teams feel empowered, and great work gets even better.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and new ways to create impact for clients and consumers alike.
Qualifications What Success Looks Like
- You are equally comfortable inspiring a creative team, influencing senior clients, and navigating complex production and operational challenges.
- You push for better, ask "why not?", and know how to turn bold ideas into real-world results.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing programs within an agency environment.
- Strong expertise in creative development, client partnership, cross-functional leadership, and production.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, resilience, accountability, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in CPG and/or food brands preferred.
- A passion for culture, creativity, and helping iconic brands stay relevant in a rapidly changing world.

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $/Annually.
