Success Insights Manager
The Success Insights Manager will execute a scaled success strategy, providing data‑driven content that maximizes customer value and drives adoption, retention, and growth among Okta’s enterprise accounts. The role involves designing and developing engaging, AI‑powered content for post‑sales teams, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders, and continuously monitoring program performance.
Responsibilities- Automate the creation of customer‑facing, data‑heavy content and insights using a content automation tool, prioritizing AI prompting models to generate proactive and personalized narratives.
- Collaborate closely with post‑sales teams to understand enterprise customer needs and translate insights into persuasive deck content.
- Design scalable solutions that accommodate diverse customer profiles, updating decks based on product usage data to align with the latest features and drive product adoption.
- Leverage AI techniques to analyze usage trends and program performance, identifying patterns and quantifying business impact related to retention and adoption goals.
- Work with Product, Marketing, Data, and Technical Account Management to gather feedback, align deck content with business objectives, and continually improve program execution.
Skills and Abilities
- AI and Automation Mindset: Able to transition program design from rule‑based logic to AI prompting and LLM workflows, testing, measuring, and optimizing continuously.
- Proven ability to craft insights from data and develop value narratives at scale.
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs and translating them into compelling deck content.
- Knowledge of , Gainsight, Pendo, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, etc. for data gathering and insights.
- Bonus: experience with deck‑automation tools such as Matik.
- Understanding of content types and engagement methods, including AI agents, video, in‑app guides, and email, with prompt‑engineering experience.
- Track record of influencing program execution across teams.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Prior experience managing digital success programs, growth product management or marketing, or automating insights.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS adoption programs (5+ years of related experience).
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in business, marketing, analytics, or technical field preferred.
- Adaptability and flexibility in changing business conditions.
- Knowledge in identity, security, access management, workflow, or developer‑facing products.
Annual On‑Target Compensation (OTE) range for California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $116,000—$174,000
USD.
For Canada: $117,000—$160,600
CAD. OTE includes base salary and incentive compensation; equity and benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave are also provided.
