Baethke Plumbing is seeking a Growth Marketing and Content Strategist to help expand our digital presence, strengthen our brand, and generate qualified leads through innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth. You'll create engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, case studies, and other customer-facing communications while managing the company's editorial calendar and content production schedule. You'll optimize website performance through SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI search strategies, leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging AI platforms to improve content creation, research, workflow efficiency, and campaign execution.
You'll also plan and optimize email marketing, organic social media, paid advertising, and lead generation initiatives while monitoring website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates, and other key marketing metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Working closely with company leadership, you'll help shape brand messaging, research emerging marketing trends and AI technologies, and recommend innovative strategies that strengthen customer acquisition, improve engagement, and maximize marketing return on investment.
We’re Looking For
- Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or growth marketing
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, email marketing, social media, and lead generation
- Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools within marketing workflows
- Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search best practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem solver who enjoys testing new ideas and improving results
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
