North America ABM Marketing Manager
Overview:
Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, is a leading provider of ESG, Sustainability, EHS and Operational Risk Management Software. The role is to execute, optimize, and scale account‑based marketing (ABM) programs and demand generation campaigns across targeted enterprise accounts and segments in North America.
- Develop and execute 1:many and 1:few ABM programs aligned with global frameworks and regional sales priorities.
- Partner with North American sales leaders, account executives, and partner managers to translate growth objectives into targeted account‑based programs.
- Design and deliver account‑centric journeys with persona‑ and industry‑specific messaging.
- Identify and develop opportunities to generate new pipeline and advance existing opportunities within target accounts.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert and trusted partner in building scalable ABM programs and experiences.
- Plan and execute multi‑touch, integrated campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, social, and sales channels.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound programs, including third‑party vendor collaboration.
- Ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution across all campaign touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to refine persona‑based messaging and value propositions.
- Develop and execute testing strategies (A/B testing, segmentation, flows) and apply learnings.
- Own campaign performance against pipeline targets, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution.
- Continuously optimize segmentation, messaging, channel mix, and timing using data‑driven insights.
- Develop scalable campaign playbooks, templates, and best practices to support business growth.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years focused on ABM or demand generation.
- Proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and account growth.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics & reporting tools.
- Self‑starter mindset with strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, and passion for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
$78,400.00 – $ USD, eligible for bonus where applicable.
