Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Marketing Systems Specialist will perform general marketing tasks related to marketing systems, content libraries, and data quality while supporting proposal-related resources and collaborating with diverse teams.
Key responsibilities- Develop and update standard content and processes to support business development and client engagement
- Maintain marketing content libraries and ensure data governance and integrity across marketing systems
- Assist with proposal development tasks, including document preparation, editing, and coordination
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, including proposal development
- Experience with technology or information systems updates and testing
- Working proficiency in marketing information systems and databases
- Solid understanding of data management practices for effective marketing systems maintenance
