Integrated Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, and direct mail to increase member engagement and loyalty.

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Partner with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and vendors
• Manage projects from concept through launch
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize through testing and segmentation
• Drive customer engagement while delivering campaigns on time and within budget

• 3–5 years of CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing experience
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance metrics
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Marketo, Unica, or similar tools
• Airline, travel, hospitality, or loyalty program marketing experience
• Experience working with marketing agencies and email service providers
