tastytrade seeks an Organic Growth Manager to own the strategy behind how traders find us, including SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search. You will lead the organic team, set KPIs, and translate content performance into real traffic, rankings, and pipeline.
You'll extend discipline to ASO for the tastytrade app, define the KPI framework, and collaborate with Product, Content, Brand, and Engineering to ship improvements. Strong analytics and leadership are essential in a fast-paced fintech environment.
