We are looking for a Marketing Affiliate & Billing Specialist to manage marketing expenses, billing, and our affiliate marketing program. The candidate will track and report marketing costs, handle billing responsibilities (25% of time), and expand our affiliate partnerships.

• Track marketing expenses outside major digital platforms in the multi-touch attribution platform to measure ROAS and CAC intra-month.
• Maintain communication between creative strategy, partnerships, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and accurate monthly billing process.
• Take ownership of our affiliate marketing platform, Everflow.
• Monitor and update affiliate intra-month pacing to ensure the channel meets efficiency goals.
• Identify and assess potential new affiliate partnerships through the Everflow Marketplace.
• Maintain communications and relationships with current affiliate partners.
• Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing-related field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Team player eager to grow their career and expand their skill set in digital marketing.
