Client Services Associate

Our client, an investment management firm in the western suburbs, is searching for a Client Services Associate. This person will work closely with the marketing and investment teams to provide quality, accurate materials to clients. This is a great opportunity for an emerging finance professional with strong reporting skills, who wants to play a key role in the standardization of the client reporting systems and ongoing relationship management processes of a well-established, growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the firm’s CRM to maintain and update client data and create accurate and timely quarterly reports
• Partner with leadership to generate content for quarterly presentations, including gathering materials from different departments and creating a polished final product
• Work closely with marketing and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and formatting across all materials
• Identify areas to standardize reporting processes, and enhance workflows to better support clients
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of clients, as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, ideally within finance, marketing, communications, or similar field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial services within client services/marketing required.
• Experience generating investment reports in a CRM required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook required; experience with Adobe InDesign and AI-enhanced workflow products a plus.
• Must have familiarity with client databases and investment reporting standards
• A keen eye for detail coupled with a growth mindset.
