We're looking for an experienced Pinterest Marketing Specialist to drive real traffic and sales growth for an online hair extension store. This isn't a "post and hope" role — you'll own a full growth strategy built on SEO-driven content, keyword and trend research, and continuous analytics-based optimization. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a Pinterest growth strategy aimed at increasing website traffic and sales
• Create engaging Pins using client-provided photos and videos, optimized for discoverability and conversion
• Write SEO-optimized titles and descriptions for pins to maximize search visibility
• Research high-performing keywords and current trends to inform content and pinning strategy
• Publish pins consistently on a daily basis to sustain growth momentum
• Organize and optimize Pinterest boards for better visibility and audience targeting
• Drive targeted, high-intent traffic to the website through strategic pinning
• Monitor analytics closely and continuously refine strategy based on performance data
• Follow Pinterest best practices to avoid spam and maintain platform compliance
